-------- TUTORIAL how to paint magnolia floweres HERE --------  Jak namalować magnolie? -------- It's something new for me - I tried to achieve a nice look on both sides of a transparent mug. The colour of the mug itself was interesting, neither white, nor brown, something in between. I think I quite like the final look :) Tym razem coś nowego - starałam się osiągnąć ładny wygląd zarówno w środku i na zewnątrz przezroczystego kubka. Dodam, że miał ciekawy kolor, ani biały, ani ciemnobrązowy jak to zazwyczaj jest w przypadku firmy Luminarc, tylko coś pomiędzy. Myślę, że efekt końcowy jest ciekawy.

White butterflies and bubbles, flowers in different shades of purple and blue plus a tiny surprice heart - that's what I call a Dreamy Mug ;) Miało być fioletowo i subtelnie, z maleńkim serduszkiem. Nie mogłam się opanować, więc są też delikatne kropki, motyle i zawijasy. Zazwyczaj trzymam się czerni i bieli, ale przyznaję, że mieszanie tych fioletów okazało się niezłą frajdą :) backstage:

I've always liked magnolia trees. My neighbours used to have a beautiful one in their frontyard. Whenever it bloomed, it made me totally enchanted. As magnolias are in full bloom right now I got inspired :) Have a look at the results and my tutorial. Zawsze lubiłam magnolie. Co roku wydają mi się niesamowicie czarujące, a ponieważ właśnie znów kwitną, pokusiłam się o nowy kubek, no i na jednym się nie skończyło :) What do I need? a mug or some other porcelain/glass object of your choice two brushes, one thinnest possible and the other one a bit thicker (I used 0 size and 5 size; I cleaned them with alcohol when I wanted to switch to a different colour, you can also wash them in water with soap) porcelain paints: black, green, white, pink (I used Lucas porcelain paints) some alcohol a few cotton pads, handkerchief a regular kitchen oven  Czego potrzebuję? dowolny kubek (lub inny porcelanowy/szklany przedmiot), który wpadnie Ci w oko dwa pędzelki, jeden ...

Feel like painting something? A birch tree would be an excellent choice! Why? It's easy even for a beginner but still the final look seems quite intricate. The most important thing you need here is patience ;) Jeśli kusi Cię pomalowanie czegoś samemu, ale nie możesz zdecydować się na motyw, polecam drzewa np. brzozy - są dosyć łatwe nawet dla początkujących, nie mniej jednak efekt końcowy robi wrażenie misternej pracy. Jedyne czego potrzebujesz to cierpliwość ;) What do I need?  something to paint on e.g. a bottle paints for glass or porcelain. I used "Lukas" paints which can be fixed in the oven.
